What are the dates for the 2010 tournament?
- This year's event is scheduled for March 14-21.
- March 14: Exhibition match - FREE ADMISSION
- March 15: Qualifying - FREE ADMISSION
- March 16-21: Main Draw
- Kids' Day is set for Saturday, March 20 from 2PM-4PM.
What is the Tournament Format?
- 32 draw for men's singles and 16 draw for men's doubles.
- Singles matches are best of three sets.
- Doubles matches are two sets with a champion's tiebreak.
What is the Prize Money?
- $125,000
When will find out who is playing in the tournament?
- Once we receive the official player acceptance list we will know who has signed up for the event.
- There are also four wild cards available for the tournament director to offer and as those are distributed we will post online.
When is the Official Player Acceptance list released?
- The last day for the players to enter is February 22, 2010.
- The official ATP form will be posted on our website.
When will the main draw be announced?
- The main draw will be made on Monday, March 15 at 6PM.
- It will be posted on our website once it is official.

- While the BMW Tennis Championship is only entering its seventh year in 2010, it has accumulated a very impressive list of participants including three (3) Grand Slam Champions plus an additional 19 top ten players.

Where can I purchase tickets?
- Tickets can be purchased online, by phone or in-person, as well as at the ticket booth on event days.
- Ticket packages are available for all 11 sessions and the four weekend sessions (Friday night-Saturday day & night, Sunday finals).

What are the seating options?
- The seating capacity for Stadium Court is 2,500 and there are three seating options available - Box Seats, Chair Backs and General Admission.
- All ticket holders have access to courtside seating for the other competition courts.

THE VENUE
What is the tournament played?
- Sunrise Tennis Club 9605 West Oakland Park Boulevard • Sunrise • Florida • 33351-7148 • USA
- The award-winning venue officially opened in February 2001. Located just a few miles east of the Bank Atlantic Center and Sawgrass Mills mall, it is only a 20 minute drive from Boca Raton to the north and Aventura to the south.
What is the court surface?
- The courts utilized for the BMW Tennis Championship are Hard Court, Laykold Cushion Plus surfaces.
- This is the identical surface used at the Sony Ericsson Open, which is the Masters 1000 event played the following week of our event.
If we are flying in from out of town, what airport is nearby?
- The Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport (FLL) is the closest to the stadium, approximately 20 minutes away.
Miami International Airport (MIA) is approximately a 45 minutes drive to the south.
If we are driving in from outside the region what roads should we take?
- From the west coast of Florida you would take I-75 south (aka Alligator Alley) and then the Sawgrass Expressway north to Oakland Park Blvd.
- From Naples the drive is approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes.
- From the West Palm Beach and cities on the north east of Florida you could take the Florida Turnpike or I-95 south and each highway has an Oakland Park Blvd. Exit. Driving time from West Palm Beach is just under one hour.

PARKING
Where is parking?
- Patron box holders and 7 Series ticket package holders receive premier parking and VIP parking respectively, which is the parking lot located on the east side of the Sunrise Tennis Club.
- The BMW Tennis Championship provides FREE PARKING at the City of Sunrise Complex parking lot (10770 West Oakland Park Boulevard ) with a continuous shuttle bus running round-trips throughout the day. This parking area is two blocks west of Nob Hill Road off of Oakland Park Blvd on the south side of the road.

During the past two tournaments more than four (4) million hits were recorded on our home page with visitors from the North America, South America, Europe and Asia. The tournament hosts a diverse international field and tennis fans following players from their homeland connect to our website for live scoring, photos, news updates and tournament merchandise.

What is weather like during the tournament?The month of March in South Florida can deliver some of the best weather in the USA with mild temperature ranging from the 70s during the day and 60s in the evening.
